Establishing Breathwork Practice
Learn, practice and shift at your own pace in a 30 minute class structured just for you. Explore different styles of Breathwork & meditation with foundational tutorials for both beginners and experienced practitioners. During breathwork sessions, participants are encouraged to focus on their breath and become aware of the sensations that arise in the body used for personal and spiritual transformation. Colleen is a certified Breathwork facilitator/Coach and guide who gently instructs and coaches with care and commitment.
There are hundreds of various approaches to Breathwork and thousands of Breathing techniques for a wide range of purposes. It’s easy to get lost in all the possibilities and details. For establishing your practice, I highly suggest keeping it simple, and utilizing a trusted coach to get you started. Ready?
