Breathwork sessions vary depending on bookings. Typically, sessions will last about 1.5 hours. I will spend some time explaining what to expect and teach you the breathing pattern you will use during the journey, followed by 1 hour of conscious connected breathing with a few breath holds. I will be guiding you and offering suggestions to keep you focused on your breath.

  • On the morning of the session, make sure you have an empty stomach but are hydrated.

  • Wear comfortable, not restrictive clothing, and decide where you will feel most comfortable to breathe. Your bed, a yoga mat, your couch—any space that is quiet and where you won't be interrupted will suffice. You will be lying down the whole time.

  • If you have headphones and an eye mask, that may enhance your experience if you feel called to use them. Note, these are not necessary.

Additionally, there is a certain point during the journey where I invite you to scream. This is just an offering. You may not feel called to do it, but if you think you may want to, and there are other people in the home, please keep a pillow near your head to scream into.

You will need to set up your computer or phone in a way that I can see your torso and head while you are breathing.

At the end of the session, there will be time to ground and integrate any breakthroughs or questions you may have.
